Return Policy
We only accept returns for products with manufacturing defects or quality issues.
Returns can be applied for within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Returns must be confirmed by contacting our customer service in advance; the return address will be provided after confirmation.
Items must be returned with original packaging, tags and seals, together with order number and proof of purchase.
Products that have been damaged by improper use or man-made damage will not be eligible for return.
We do not accept exchanges for any products.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
After the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
